I have tried snails on a few occasions, funnily enough all those times occured whilst holidaying in Vietnam. Aaaanyways, the point is that I haven’t liked them at all. Each time I’ve had different snails and they were always rubbery in texture and didn’t have much in the way of flavour. I’m sure the chefs did a good job cooking them, but my tastebuds never drooled in delight. Did I mention that just the thought of  eating snails isn’t one I’m comfortable with yet? Well there I just said it. One day maybe.
